Passion Peanut Sauce Soba Noodles and an Asian-flavored Slaw
Passion Peanut Sauce from Eat, Drink and Be Vegan (aka the best cookbook ever)
Cilantro garnish
Asian flavored slaw (grated cabbage, carrot, ginger, onion with honey, rice wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, toasted sesame oil and vegetable oil)
Soba noodles cook into a wonderful wreath shape...
Noodles meet sauce and garnish = delicious.

Hey !
i do eat healthy, but no vegan. Here in Uruguay it's a bit hard to find variety of ingridients, what makes a strict vegan diet very difficult.
However, you can see some grafitiys over the capital city, "Go Vegan"
I find the very funny.
