The abs run around the body just below the breast and just above the waist. They help us stand erect and to twist. I think of the abs like a cumerband, ribbon, running around the body. I think of the abs as a wide Cumerband, a wide ribbon, running around the body, below the breast and just above the waist. These muscles help to hold us erect, help us to twist. Core strength.
